Introduction to YOGA

                                                                                                                                                         

Living the benefits of yoga...Manage stress & promote wellnes

Classes focus on body alignment, muscular balance, development of strength, and flexibility.  Through the use of yoga props, such as blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, and chairs, one is able to teach yoga to many different types and levels of yoga.  Ron finds yoga exciting and inspiring and loves to share his knowledge of yoga with his students.

Usui Reiki I & II Combined Class

One full day of class for both levels

Usui Reiki I & II Combined Class April 27, 2013.
10 am - 6 pm
Register by April 13, 2013 - class does fill up

This class will include Attunements for Reiki I & II, history of Reiki, Reiki techniques and symbols. This class will consist of two  sessions with an hour lunch break between. Certification will be delivered to you about a week after the session.
Students will be asked to attend Reiki shares once a month, where each student will experience receiving and giving Reiki to each other, and to discuss  experiences, concerns and questions.


I am a licensed and experienced Reiki Master, using an assorted variety of techniques. I am excited for you to experience and develop your skills of being a conduit for the healing energies that the Universe provides, as well as connecting with your spirit guides and the healing angels.

The true nature of the Reiki energy is that it works in harmony with all people, plants and animals in a spirit of loving cooperation and free-flowing joy. A true Reiki Practitioner or Master does not compete with others, but works in joyful cooperation. 


This course is one full day but utilizes a continuous Reiki share once a month and includes question & answer session and follow up attunements with each Reiki share.
